In order to make calls from 2N Helios IP intercoms to other devices such as 3rd party applications or devices, you need to add them to My2N first.

Prerequisites

2N Helios IP intercom added in My2N account

3rd party application or device which supports:

SIP protocol for signalling

Codec G.711 a/u for Audio

Codec H.264 for Video

Step by step guide

  1. In My2N press button Where to call? in order to add you SIP 3rd party application or device to My2N account.

     


     

  2. New window will appear. Please choose to add 3rd party device by clicking on it.

  3. In next step, you need to name the new device and assign its user.
    You can choose either an existing user in My2N:

    Device's login SIP credentials for My2N will be send to chosen user's email address.


    Or create a new user in My2N account directly from this window:

    When creating a new user, please fill in existing email address, because newly created user needs to open received email once you finish steps below, and confirm it by clicking on link provided in the email message.

    Also device's login SIP credentials for My2N will be send to user's email address.

  4. Confirm your choice by clicking on ADD DEVICE button:

  5. Once you finish by clicking on ADD DEVICE button, email will be sent to user's email address and you will get a confirmation dialog window.



  6. Now you have successfully added your 3rd party application or device to My2N account.
