The HyperTerminal program is included in Windows XP. You can find it in menu Start > All programs > Accessories > Communication.
For connection to the gateway using COM port set following parameters:
- Bitrate - 57600
- Flow control - none
- Rest of values will stay default
Second option is to use the TCP/IP connection. When you use TCP/IP you have to choose port 23 for communication with gateway.
