  1. First contact technical support regarding a problem you have with the unit https://support.2n.cz .
  2. After you have the RMA number please contact our service department on rma@2n.cz and wait for our confirmation for the express repair.
  3. As soon as we confirm the express repair send us the goods together with the repair list as usually. The repair list have to have a note, that you are asking for the express repair. You can also specify for which serial number you want the express repair.
  4. You can choose between two express repairs. The first one is express repair within 3 days (for example when we receive the goods on Monday, we will dispatch the goods back to you on Thursday), the price for one unit is 25,- EUR. The second option is an express repair with 6 days for 16,- EUR per unit.
  5. In case of warranty you pay only an additional charge for the express repair.
