  1. Yes you can, in case you have the product not longer than 6 month. The critical date for the 6 month special warranty is date on the commercial invoice. Also the confirmation of your sales representative is required.
  2. No, in case you have the product longer than 6 month. In that case it is usual warranty and your product will be repaired and send back to you.
  3. In case you receive the new product as an exchange you are obligated send the broken one back to 2N. Please send the goods with proforma invoice for minimal value (max. 20,- EUR) always, when you send the goods from the non EU country.
